当社では、安全が担保できない場合、我慢せずに催事あるいはコンテンツの中断を申し入れることをディレクターに教育しています。
もちろん、この対応は最終最後の決断ですが、主催者様の検討する時間を考えて「安全」のために申し入れる方策をとっています。
その上で、エンタメ系催事に重要なことは来場者を楽しませること。

今は当たり前になりましたが、某大型ゲームイベントで企業ブースの運営に携わった際に、そのブース来場者だけでなく全てのイベント参加者に対して手を振ってお見送りをする接客は、翌日から他ブースの取り組みにもつながって、今ではほとんどのブースが笑顔でイベント来場者へのお見送りをする光景となりました。
