運栄屋では、製作・運営原価＋２５％を業務費として申し受けております。
【製作原価とは？】
製作原価とは、製作費に関わる原材料費・加工費・作業費等となります。
協力会社へアウトソーシングする場合も原価として計上しております。
【運営原価とは？】
運営原価とは、基本的にイベントスタッフの人件費となります。
当社では、スタッフを直接雇用しておりますので、スタッフの賃金となります。（所得税含む）
また、日本の伝統である「顎・足・枕」は、基本的にお客様ご負担となりますのでご了承ください。
【では、２５％は何？】
当社の利益及び管理費となります。
当社では、不明な会計による不信感をお客様に与えたくない。また、人材派遣法に関するコンプライアンス重視、雇用弱者への配慮、不当利益（ピンハネ等）の是正の観点から、このようなスキームとさせて頂いておりますのでご理解を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
【この他に費用はかからないの？】
基本的に発生はしませんが、お客様の特別なご要望に対応する為に費用が発生することがあります。

What’s the cost of operating the event? We would like to explain to the companies/organizations who are considering holding the event for peace of mind.
Uneiya accepts production and operation costs + 25% as operational expenses.
[What is production cost? ]
Production costs are raw material costs, processing costs, work costs, etc. related to production costs.
The cost is also recorded when outsourcing to a partner company.
[What is operating cost? ]
Operating costs are basically personnel costs for event staff.
We hire staff directly, so it will be the wages of the staff. (Including income tax)
Please note that the Japanese tradition of “chins, feet, pillows” is basically borne by the customer.
[So what is 25%? ]
It will be our profit and administration cost.
We do not want customers to feel distrust of unknown accounting. In addition, we would like to ask you for your understanding as we have adopted such a scheme from the viewpoint of emphasizing compliance regarding the Staffing Act, consideration for vulnerable employment persons, and correction of unreasonable profits (pin-hane etc.).
[Does it cost anything else? ]
Basically, it does not occur, but there may be costs to meet the special needs of customers.
